To be eligible, applicants must have graduated from or completed a postgraduate program at a university ranked within the top 100 in at least two of the three rankings above and obtained a degree or professional qualification.

Graduation Requirement
Must have obtained the degree within the last five years.

Age Requirement
Must be 18 years or older at the time of application.

Financial Requirement
Must have a minimum bank balance of 200,000 JPY to cover initial living expenses in Japan.
